She was predeceased by: her mother Rosalee Whitacre (Delaney); and her husband Jeff Carothers. She is survived by: her father Kenneth E. Whitacre of Steubenville, OH; her children, Cody T. Whitacre of Steubenville, Kayle O'Neill of Pittsburgh, PA and Amanda O'Neill of Monongahela, PA; and her sisters, Angela J. Whitacre of Steubenville and Laura L. Martin (Timothy) of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
