With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bonnie Lee Blackwell of Dover, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Langdon and Veda Johnson Langdon; her daughter Brenda Blackwell; and her siblings, Bob Langdon, Donna Carpenter, Betty Langdon and Linda Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband William R. Blackwell; her sons, Bill Blackwell (Christy) of Dover and Shawn Blackwell (Mhel) of Dover; her grandchildren, Chad Blackwell, Chase Blackwell (Lisa), Carrie Blackwell, Wyatt Blackwell and Bailee Blackwell; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Maddie and Ethan Blackwell; and her siblings, Bill Langdon (Bev), Joy Armstrong (Dan), Melody Kerns, Debbie VanFossen (John) and Holly Dazey (Dave). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory (116 2nd St NE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Burial Park (1520 Delaware Dr SE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663).
