With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bonnie M. Swihart (Dover, Ohio), born in Millersburg, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Croft and Donna Croft Norris; her former husband Leo Norris; her daughter Zoe Ann (Ray Worthington); her brother-in-law Glen Lautenschleger; and her niece Tiffany Gerber Green.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sons, Mitch Stein (Michele) of Sugarcreek, Greg Stein of Winfield, Brent Stein (Darlene) of North Carolina and Matt Stein (Michelle) of New Philadelphia; her stepsons, Doug, Ed and Matt; her sisters, Carol Lautenschleger of Strasburg and Debbie Gerber (Terry) of Sugarcreek; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Justin, Haley, Curt, Caleb, Sabrina, Ian, Olyvia, Stephanie and Julianna. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dover First United Methodist Church (1725 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
