She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lengacher and Audrey Lengacher (Croskey); her husband Harry Dwayne Furbay; and her siblings, Betty Miller, Bill Lengacher, Dean Lengacher and Russell Lengacher.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Giumenti (Jim) of Dover, Debbie Henderson (Jim) of Hartville and Brian Furbay of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Beth (Mark), Kimberly (Keith), Kyle, Ryan (Tosha), Nick (Kiley) and Vincent; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Raelynn, Ariah, Chase, Michaela and Lillian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
