He is survived by: his wife Rachel Mercer; his children, Andrew Bolek (Marcie) of Bradenton, Alexis Rios (Nicola) of Mayfield Heights and Aaron Bolek of Canton; his grandchildren, Kyro Bolek and Saphfire Myers; his siblings, Richard Jr. (Kim), Jerry (Connie), Gene Bolek (Patti) and Cathleen Levin (Gary); and his brother-in-law John Geisinger (Debbie). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
