Donald Z. Marshall Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Z. Marshall of Dover, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Kenneth Marshall and Verna Brewer Marshall; his son Donald B. Marshall; and his sister Nancy J. Gilmore. He is survived by: his wife Alta Marshall; his daughter Sonya Hart (Shawn) of Fresno; his stepchildren, Kelly Hall (Ben) of Wadsworth, Kevin Warner (Rebecca Shrewsberry) of Uhrichsville, Brian Warner (Kasey Dixon) of North Canton and Mark Warner (Nessie Vega) of North Canton; his grandchildren, Cory Marshall (Sami Conley), Clay Marshall (Kylee), Lori Hart, Hugh Hart (Laura), Scott Hart, Keshia Hart (Dustin Givens), AJ Warner, Ashton Warner (Lexi Watson), Keegan Warner, Sophia Warner, Anthony Warner, Marina Warner, Brysen Hall and Braden Hall; and his brothers, Jim Marshall (Rosemary) of Akron, Bill Marshall (Linda) of The Villages and Dave Marshall (Cyndi) of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by two great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Geib Funeral Center (5600 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
