She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude O. Hanks, Sr. and Esther L. Fazenbaker Hanks; her husband Ernest Ralph "Jack" Adams; and her brother Claude O. Hanks, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Polce (Dave) of Dover and Kellie Adams of Dover; her granddaughters, Emily Nash (Eric) of Bowling Green and Erin Polce (Liam Cox) of Pasadena, Maryland; her brother James Hanks (Susan) of Florida; and her sister-in-law Carol Hanks of Dover. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
