With sadness, we share the passing of Etta L. Grimm of Dover, Ohio. Etta, born on January 31, 1934, passed away on October 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Parker Reichman and Caroline Reichman (Grenig); her husband Thomas "Bones" Grimm; her son Terry Grimm of Akron; and her siblings, Fred Reichman, Ruby, Caroline, Rose, Verna and Grace.
She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Kay Grimm; her sons, Thomas (Jeanne Grimm) and Chad (Mary Grimm); her grandchildren, Dustin Grimm of Akron, Thomas, Andrea Grimm of Carrollton, Olivia, Ben Lambert of East Rochester and Jay Grimm of Dover; and her great grandchildren, Briar Tilly, Rush Lambert, Charlee, Elizabeth Grimm and Thomas Gabriel Grimm.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home (803 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
