With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary L. Gentry of Dover, Ohio, born in Princeton, West Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2022 at the age of 65. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary L. Gentry to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Gentry and Harry Gentry; his children, Timothy Lee and Tina Marie Gentry; and his sister-in-law DaJauna Gentry.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Gentry of New York, NY, Corey Gentry of Akron and Taylor Gentry-Dunlap of Canton; his close friend Desiree Arnette of Wooster; and his siblings, Jim Gentry of Canton, Michael Gentry (Michelle) of Alliance, Bruce Gentry (Barbara) of San Antonio, TX and Vicky Holcomb (Denny) of Canton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and his beloved cat.
A proud member of the Blue Knights Chapter LEMC Ohio XVII - "Flash" lived for joining his brothers and sisters in Blue on their cross country motorcycle rides and, most importantly, their annual charity drives.
