She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Newell; her children, Rita Couts (Aaron) of Strasburg and Dannie Newell (Kim) of Simpsonville; her brother David (Pat Hathway) of Washington, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Caleb Couts and Kelsey Tilton (William); her great grandchildren, Callie Mathus of Strasburg and Kinzley Tilton of Strasburg; and her pet Tia.
