She is survived by: her sons, Michael Warner (Rachel) of Sherrodsville and Jeffrey Warner (Lisa Adamich) of New Philadelphia; and her grandchildren, Gabriel Warner (Lynn), Amber Smith (Greg), Stacie Dividian (Nishan) and Chance Warner (Kary). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
