He is survived by: his mother Donna Sineff Watkins of Dover; his wife Donna Tice Watkins; his daughters, Breanna Browning (Joshua) of New Philadelphia and Shania Watkins (Chaz) of Beach City; his sisters, Johnna Mann (Kevin), Carol McRobie (John) and Tanna (Chuck); his grandchildren, Peyton, Carter, Cannon, George and Eliza; his friend Caleb Wilson of Beach City; his mother-in-law Carol Tice of Dover; and his sister-in-law Brenda Brady of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
