He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cole and Clara Brackin Cole; and his siblings, Jay Cole, Alma Fulton and Betty Love.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ranft Cole; and his children, Gary Cole of Scio, David Cole (Emily) of Bowerston and Gale Moore (Barry) of Alaska. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dover Burial Park (5651 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622).
