We are sad to announce that, on September 13, 2022, at the age of 75, Joseph E. Doutt of Dover, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester "Jack" Doutt and Irene Salina Doutt; and his wife Terry Doutt. He is survived by: his children, Chris Doutt of Dover and Rebecca Stiller of Dover; his brother Jim Doutt (Stephanie) of Medina; his grandchildren, Shaylin Doutt, Sydney Gray (Nate), Shelby Kelley (Brent) and Shane Stiller; his great grandchildren, Rohan Joseph, Abby May, Logan Scott, Anthony Ryan, Audrianna Grace, Aiden Joseph, Braylon Michael, Kennedy Elizabeth and Asher Nathanial; his niece Alexa Salina Doutt; and his close friend Martha.
