He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Keene and Maria Keene (Sanchez); his grandson Jacob Burnham; and his siblings, Mary Lang, John, Lawrence, Michael and Francis "Frannie" Keene.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Keene (Velez); his children, Laura Burnham (Daniel Ehlers), Matthew (Barbara), Joseph and Mark Keene (Kari Sommers); his grandchildren, Jordan Blanchard (William), Joshua, Jack Burnham, Brett (Hannah Vanblaricum), Mark, Daniel and Penelope Keene; his great grandchildren, James "Jimmy" Blanchard and Eve Bennett; and his sisters, Helen Cox, Margaret Griffin and Claire Siegel. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home- Dover (803 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens (1926 Saltwell Rd NW, Dover, OH 44622).
