She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cox and Doris Cox (Patterson); and her brother David Cox. She is survived by: her husband John "Phil" Kerr; her daughters, Heather Clayton (William), Heidi Kerr and Hayley Parker (Brian); her grandchildren, Robert, Emilee Stilwell, Maleah Parker, Mason Parker and Zachary Parker; and her great grandchildren, Braelynn, Carter, Kobe and Zachary.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Kathy's memory to Trinity Episcopal Church, 122 Third Street NW, New Philadelphia, Ohio.
