She was predeceased by: her parents, Gomer D. Lewis and Peggy Barker Lewis. She is survived by: her brother Gomer D. Lewis, II; and her nieces and nephews, Thane Lewis, Cody Lewis, Becky Bargar (John), Debbie Suddeth (Will), Jennifer Carling (Jack) and Samantha Callen (Scott). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
