He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Espenschied and Beatrice Espenschied (Mast); and his siblings, Ann Harmon, Gene and Keith "Shorty" Espenschied.
He is survived by: his close friend Michelle Mizer of Dover; his daughters, Jennifer Gallagher (Rick) of New Philadelphia, Sally Feller (Aaron) of Dover and Lynn Radel (Chad) of Massillon; his grandchildren, Zack Moore (Brittany) and Kaylie Moore (Geno Salina); and his great grandchildren, Piper and Lorenzo. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
