It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Sherer Ott (Dover, Ohio), born in Ragersville, Ohio, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Wilson and Evelyn Irene Toland (McCoun); her former husband Floyd Sherer; her granddaughter Amanda Milburn; her great grandchildren, Grayson James Espenschied and Avery Hiller; her brother Clyde Toland; her daughter-in-law Lori Sherer; and her stepdaughter-in-law Debra Ott.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis Ott; her children, Debra Cheslock (Jay), Daniel Sherer (Lucretia), Julia Espenschied and Michael Sherer (Tammy); and her siblings, Betty Burger (Jim), Ruby Stress, Ann Levengood, Eileen Syler, Maggie Mizer and Warren Toland. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
