She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Smitley and Thelma Smitley (Conley); her spouse Jerry Lee Marsh; her siblings, Thomas Smitley (Klara), Marge Menapace (Hank), Betty Walton (Houg), Dorothy Waller (Bob), Libby Hahn, Clarence Smitley, Danny Smitley, Mildred Smitley, Beatrice Smitley and Phillip Smitley; and also Nancy Joyner.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Marsh of Dover, Cynthia Young (Kenny) of Dover and Greg Marsh (Becky) of Dover; her grandchildren, Michael Marsh, Amber McBride (Ron), Jamie Bowland (Ryan), Adrian Marsh, Ryker Marsh (Kara), Taylor Rafter (Zach), Lucas Marsh (Victoria Bailey) and Lexus Marsh; her great grandchildren, Michael Swinford, Olivia Marsh, Braylon McBride, Chase Miller, Cayle McBride, Isaac Bowland, JP Miller, Aleah McBride, Mila Marsh and CeCe Marsh; her sister Shirley Richards; her siblings-in-law, Jerry Hahn, Carol Marsh, Robin Smitley and Shirley Smitley; her close friends, Ruthann Bowland and Phil Miller; her niece Brenda Menapace; and her daughter-in-law Marianne Carpenter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Geib Funeral Center (5600 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
