She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Phillips and Rosemary Phillips; her in-laws, Gilbert and Sara Mizer; and her brother-in-law Dan McMillin.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie; her children, Steph (Jenn) and Ben (Scott); her siblings, Bill Phillips (Karin), Deb Immel (Terry), Mary Phillips, Tom Phillips (Krissy), Bob Phillips (Debi) and Teri Sue Evans; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Mizer (Lynn), Pat McMillin and Ann Mizer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Geib Funeral Center (5600 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens (1926 Saltwell Rd NW, Dover, OH 44622).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the First U.C.C. of Sugarcreek or to the Alzheimer's Disease Fund in Neurology at The Ohio State University Foundation.
