He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lewis and Osa Lewis (Moyer). He is survived by: his wife Mabel Lewis (Bennett); his children, Michael Lewis (Carol) of Tuscarawas and Michelle Venzin (Roger) of Fairfield, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Kellie Lewis of Concord, NC and Anthony Venzin of Fairfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
