He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Everett and Marion Modine Miller (Calhoun); his wife Leah Jane Cook; his grandson Joshua Paul Clements; and his siblings, Marguerite Gamertsfelder, Robert Clinton Miller, Everett Miller and Franklin Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Clements (Randall) and Robert Miller (Vickie) of Dover; his grandchildren, Gregory Clements (Samantha) of Dover, Jessica Pridemore (Zach) of Strasburg and Justin Miller (Lauren) of Strasburg; and his sisters, Juanita Plueddemann of Bellarthur, NC and Sue Bell (Delbert) of Tunnelton, WV. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
