He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Williams and Nora Ball Williams; his former wife Donna Parks Williams; his son Kelly Williams; and his brothers, Virgil Williams and Richard Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa A. Mertes (Chris) of Twinsburg and Loralee M. Touvell (Chris) of Chesapeake, Virginia; his grandchildren, Ryan J. Mertes of Twinsburg and Sara A. Mertes of Twinsburg; and his brother H. Lewis Williams of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his beloved grand-dogs.
