He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Lynn and Vernita M. Ferris (Otte) of New Philadelphia; his family Ferris Chevrolet; his children, Megan Ferris of Oxford, Kailey Bevins of Detroit and Breyer Ferris of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his brother Pat Ferris (Jessie) of New Philadelphia; his aunts and uncles, Jeannie Reahm, Bill, Donna Ferris, Mary Ann Otte and Rich Ferris; his sibling's children, Brody Ferris and Riley Ferris; his cousins, Matthew Ferris (Lisa), Mitchell Ferris (Andrea), Sam Otte (Jolene) and Lucas Otte (Christi); and his friends, Erin Ferris and Laura Ferris.
