She was predeceased by: her parents, Randy Lawrence and June Lashley Lawrence; and her son-in-law Michael Shook. She is survived by: her husband Paul Johnson; her children, Nathan Matthews of Georgia, Nick Matthews of Michigan, Brandy Johnson of Dover and Brandon Johnson of New Philadelphia; and her granddaughters, Autumn and Athena Shook. She is also survived by three brothers and a sister.
