He is survived by: his wife Thelma May; his daughters, Lisa Blickensderfer (Alan) of Bolivar and Amy McAfee (Mic) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Ashley Turek (Jordan), Alyssa Paley (Steven) and Kyle McAfee; his great grandchild T. J.; and his brothers, Wilbur Amistadi and Carl Amistadi (Cindy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
