He is survived by: his children, Bill Kemphfer, Jr. (JoAnn) of Dover, Gail Houglan (Bill) of Dover, Richard Kemphfer of Dover and Michael Kemphfer (Melissa) of Dover; his grandchildren, Eric, Gary, Larry, Alixandra and Madilyn; and his brother James Paul Kemphfer III. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Geib Funeral Center (5600 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Geib Funeral Center at Dover Starts (5600 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622).
