She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Cline and Guy Cline; her husband David Siegferth; and her brother Jerry Leep. She is survived by: her brother Jack Leep; her children, Mike (Karen), Jeff (Tina) and Shelley Adams (Tim); her grandchildren, Holly (Luke), Hannah (Tim), Kolby, Bryden and Mac; her great grandchildren, Ethan and Mason; Donald Gospodinsky. She is also survived by family members and friends.
