Kaden Lee Graham, born on August 18, 2003, passed away on October 5, 2026. Kaden leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his aunt Janie Youngblood. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy L. Graham and Daniell Graham (Troyer) of Apple Creek; his stepmother Connie Graham of Doylestown; his siblings, Kierra (Christian Collin) of Canton, Koen (Alayna Graham) of Rittman, Kaylee Graham (Cash Graham) of Doylestown and Gino Jameson (Gavin Jameson); his nephews, Grant and Chase Collin; and his grandparents, Cindy, Terry Tressler of Cresson, PA, Barry, Pat Graham of Lodi, Belle, Eli Troyer of Apple Creek, Anita and Luigi Carozza of Canton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Murray Funeral Home (173 S Main St, Creston, OH 44217).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cassidy's Hope Foundation, Attn: Nicole Jackson, P.O. Box 218, Medina, Ohio 44258 who helped out Kaden during his journey with DIPG.
