He was predeceased by: his parents, Emit Neel and Dortha Neel (Dille); his son Douglas; and his siblings, Harry "Sonny" Neal, Russell Neel and Jackie Spidle.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughter Danniell "Danni" Neel of Doylestown; his granddaughter Rachael Russell; his daughter-in-law Micki Neel; and his close friend Bryan Pepper "Bread Man". He is also survived by many nieces nephews, other family and friends.
Memorials may be made on behalf of Ken to any local animal shelter of one's choosing.
