She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tanner and Eunice Tanner (Ferrell); her husband Charles; her son Jon Dean Woollard; and her brothers, Max and John Tanner.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas E. Woolard, Charles J. Cummings, Michael P. Cummings, Susan M Ali, Francis "Dan" Cummings, Mary A. Ray, Kathleen M. Natkins, Barbara J. Bodner, Theresa A. Welton and John K. Cummings. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and friends.
