He was predeceased by : his parents, Harley Bartoe and Addie Bartoe; his wife Jean C. Bartoe; his siblings, Roy Bartoe, Lynn Bartoe and Barbara Zumbrennen; and his brother-in-law John Roysdon.

He is survived by : his children, Darlene Greer (late Tom), David Parker, Duane Parker and Dwight Parker (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Paulette Renee Wolf (George), Deanna Lesh (Andy), Dawn Parker-Pence (Nate), Salena Parker, David Parker, Jr., Amanda Williamson (Blake), Brittany Parker and Theresa Parker; and his sisters, Donna Harmon and Lucille Burton (Ed). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Crossroads Community Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
