He was predeceased by: his father Stephen J. Hajek. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Toth (Denny) of Doylestown and Bob Hajek (Renée) of Marshallville; his siblings' children, Brian Toth (Dana) of Wadsworth, Greg Toth (Carrie) of Elm Grove, WI, Mark Toth (Renee) of Akron, Heath Hajek (Becky) of Katy, TX and Brittany Ann Hajek of Doylestown; and his friends, Phil and Teri Arndt.
