She is survived by: her children, Charles Eric Spiker (Lori), Kevin Spiker (Amy) and Debbie Green (Rick); her grandchildren, Chad Spiker (Mandy), Daniel Spiker (Jess), Missy Spiker, Ryan Spiker (Amber), Elizabeth King (Scott), Elaine Wilcox (Lee), Emily Moor (Paul), Erin Seeley (Ted), Evan Green, Eli Green (Lauren Cox) and Logan Spiker; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Thomas.
