He is survived by: his wife Shirley Holzschuher (Prouty); his daughter Brenda Ford (Chuck); his granddaughters, Katie Schlegel (Scott), Leighanne Ford Eppley (Greg) and Scarlett Ford Fink (Michael); his great grandchildren, Grace Schlegel and Lucian Eppley; and his sister Becky Hayes.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (714 Main St, Dresden, OH 43821). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
