He is survived by: his wife Amy Johnson (Arnold); his daughters, Maria Johnson and Josey Johnson; his brothers, Terry Johnson (Krista) and David Johnson; his father-in-law Melvin Arnold; his siblings-in-law, Brent Arnold, James Wiggins and Michele Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Scott, Amy, Benjamin, Sam, Michael, Jennifer, Chad, Elaine, Trevor and Marianne.
