He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon Griffith and Susie Griffith (Lackey); his sons, Nicholas and Franklin Griffith; his brothers, Wayne, Keith and Jerry Griffith; his grandparents, Everett and Mary Griffith; and his aunt Alice Birchfield (Jack L. Bennett).
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Bennett Griffith; his children, Amber Reed (Chris) of Wellington, OH, Allen W. Griffith of Dresden and Jacob Cameron of Nova, OH; his grandchildren, Braeden, Donovan, Landon, Raelynn and Keagan; his siblings, Jewel Hawkins (Gary) of Dalton, GA, Chuck Clark (Carolyn) of Dalton, Ed Clark (Victoria) of Dalton, JR and Sherry Crocker (David) of Williamsburg, OH; his mother-in-law Mary Bennett; his siblings-in-law, Rosie Phillips (Tobie), Laura Born (Ed), Amherst and Jack Bennett of Lorain; and his uncles, Mark and James Griffith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
