He is survived by: his wife Peggie Repak (Delles); his children, Shawn Hammel (Troy) and Jon Repak (Karri); his grandchildren, TJ Hammel (Jenna), Kailey DeGeeter (Ryan), Kyle Roberts (Kirsten Swander), Addison Hammel, Jordyn Hammel, Alexis Martin (Trevin Reed), Jonathan Repak and Caden Repak; his great grandchildren, Everett Hammel and Tobias Hammel; his daughters, Theresa Tarry (Brad), Tammy Berghaus (Michael), Cheryl Kidwell (Ben) and Amy Smith (Timothy); his grandchildren, Daniel Lawson (Sarah), Kristina LeBlanc (Zack), Austin Berghaus, Shelby Berghaus (Logan Gardner), Taylor Werner (Jared), Presley Anderson, Maddison Kidwell, Christopher Repak (Rachel), Ashley Squires (Andrew), Alli Oliver (Billy) and Stephen Elder (Kirsten Phillips); his great grandchildren, Adalae Lawson, Mila Lawson, Lincoln Lawson, Reid LeBlanc, Sophia Tidd, Kylee Squires, Alaina Squires, Lorelai Squires and Isaac Squires; and his pet Henry.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Heath Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (1249 Hebron Rd, Heath, OH 43056). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Maple Grove Cemetery (350 E Maple St, Granville, OH 43023).
