Loren Hittle Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loren Hittle of Dresden, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 23, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Loren Hittle to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie "Bess" Lee Hittle; and his brother Leslie Zane Hittle. He is survived by: his children, Scott Hittle (Susan), Bonnie Gamary (Glenn) and D. J. Hittle; his grandchildren, Jarrod Hittle (Ashley), Justin Hittle (Brie), Kirsten Gamary and Delanie Rock (Jason); his great grandchildren, Ayla, Alair, Quentin, Shepard and Emmett; and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen and Sylvia McCutcheon. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (714 Main St, Dresden, OH 43821). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dresden United Methodist Church (1014 Main St, Dresden, OH 43821).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial contribution that will provide scholarships to local 4-H members.
