She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Downing and Dixie Downing (Smith); her husband Luther Gaffney; her sister Martha Eaton; and her son-in-law Robert Fischer, Jr. (Barbara).
She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Fischer of West Jefferson, Donna Andres, Jr. (Ray) of Goshen and Cheryl Bumgarner (William) of Plain City, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jeanne Andres, James Andres, Jason Fischer, Brandi Tharp (Brad), Amy Piggrem (Brian) and Carrie Walti (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Mia, Kadena, Scarlett, Chloe, Loralei, Connor, Liam, Bell and Cora. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
