He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy; his siblings, Carol, Ed and Ford; his nephew Rick; and his parents, Bonnie Lynn and Carl E. Pickering.
He is survived by: his wife Emily; his son Eric (Lucy); his grandson Blaise; and his siblings-in-law, Evalind, Juleah and Ron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, two nephews and many cousins.
