She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parent Shirley Nordheim; her pet Carol; her friends, Buster, Lucy, Honey, Luckie and Timmy; her father Kenneth Nordheim, Sr.; her brother Kenneth Nordheim, Jr.; her husband Peter; her children, Chris Husenitza (Jennifer), Amy (Kevin Droner) and Laura (Matthew Atkin); and her grandchildren, Audrey, Erin Husenitza, Emma, Elizabeth, Paige, Abby Droner, Molly, Cameron, Joey and Alex Atkin.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maurer Funeral Home, Inc. (300 2nd St, Liverpool, NY 13088). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at the Pine Plains Cemetery (8686 Henry Clay Blvd, Clay, NY 13041).
