She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Foreman and Margaret Foreman (Kopitke); her siblings, Judy Minor and Gary Foreman; and her son-in-law Lou Baumgartner.
She is survived by : her children, Lindy Baumgartner, Matthew Green (Susan) and Randy Green (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Joe Pizzino (Melanie), Dan Pizzino (Molly), Marisa Heidenreich (Mike), Erica Lancet (Scott), Natalie Pasche (Chris) and Olivia Green. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, numerous loving relatives and friends.
