He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles Adams Breitstadt and Helen Rippert Breitstadt. He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Breitstadt; and his children, Heidi Breitstadt and Dr. Charles Adams Breitstadt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rutherford Funeral Home (450 W Olentangy St, Powell, OH 43065).
