She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Wortman and Cora Mae Wortman; her siblings, Thelma Sharon Wortman and Edward Wortman; and her nephew Douglas Edward Wortman.

She is survived by : her nephew Barry E. Wortman; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan Wortman, Kyle Wortman, Aaron Wortman, Lindsey Eveland and Leah Washek; her friends, Mark and Michelle Curry; and also, Katie, Evan and Griffin.
