Jack leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jack’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jack will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Cook. He is survived by: his children, Christy Eversole (Ken) and Terry Canaday (Cindy); his grandsons, Kelsey Eversole (Ally), Cory Eversole (Amanda), Clinton Canaday, Brandon (Shelby) and Austin Canaday; his great grandchildren, Presley Jean and Mia June Eversole; and his pets, Tucker and Roczi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 5980 Perimeter Dr, Dublin, OH 43017. A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Sunset Cemetery (6959 W Broad St, Galloway, OH 43119).
