She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ellis Hays and Betty Lee Hays. She is survived by: her son Jeremy David Sagun; her sisters, Cheryl Hays, Jayne Cohn (Robert) and Rachel Conley (Aaron); her nieces, Erin Miller (Andrew), Payton Thompson (Kenneth), Ashlyn Conley, Mikayla Conley and Carmen Conley; and her nephew Evan Cohn (Sarah). She is also survived by her family, friends.
