He is survived by: his son Carl Binns; his granddaughter Taylor Elaine Woung of Potomac, MD.; his siblings, Bob (Mary), Rick (Janice) and Karen Binns; and his siblings-in-law, Vicki (David) Binns (London) and David Straub (Dave Garrabrant).
