Joyce touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hobart and Elizabeth May Victoria; and her sister Joan Papworth-Hart. She is survived by: her children, Charlie Milliken (Nadine), Jim Dalton, Sara Wortman (Christopher "Kip"), Rich Milliken (Anita), Ed Milliken (Lucy) and Tom Dalton; her grandchildren, Jessica, Dan, Claire, Matt, Clay, Ty, Amanda, Lauren, Lindsey, Shannon, Jason and Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Bobby, Jacoby and Peter; Jim Van Meter. She is also survived by her family – caring for her parents, children, and many extended family.
